Our process is designed to minimize risk. Building an accessory home is a meaningful investment for your property, and like every investment, should be treated with great care.

We’ve converted a number of garages into living spaces to provide our clients with additional rooms, studios and offices. If you have been thinking about creating a new master bedroom, a new family room, a home theater space, or any other addition to your home, converting your garage is one of the most effective and cost efficient ways to achieve your goals. Since your garage is already standing and may even be partially insulated, a garage remodel project will only require a few modifications and can be performed for a lot less than you think.
